K-san and his friends brought back 

the extinct brewer's rice, 

planted and reaped by their hands

to make this special sake in kyoto.

the label was written

by K-san's friend in kyoto also.

Kさんから頂いた貴重なお酒。

絶滅した酒米をKさんがお友達と手植え・手刈りして

復活させたお酒だそうです。

ラベルのチャボ・エンジニアリングは、

Kさんの京都のお友達が書いてくださったそう。
