the last minute prep...as usual.

明日のレースの準備がまだ完璧には終わっていないという・・・いつものパターン。

and then found a new trace of crack. better than not knowing it so we would say we were lucky :p

そして、偶然にも新たなクラックを発見してしまう・・・ま、見逃すよりは良い。ラッキーと捉えよう。

now, it's time for the van. it has 646K+ miles on it and still running strong. however it needs a TLC at every level. as far as for us, this is considered to be a part of the race prep :D we don't find these "easy" "convenient" "luxury" things attractive. so, we will keep enjoying and loving our off the wall life pretty much.

スパイクが仕上がったらお次はチャボバン。走行距離100万km越えの逸品のため、まめなお世話が必要ではある。が、まだまだよく走る。チャボ・レース部門では、バンの整備もレースの準備に含まれている。大変だけど、それも含めて楽しんでいる。楽チンとか簡単便利とかラグジュアリーとか・・・そういう事に魅力を感じないので、きっと一生こんな風に大変な思いをしてヒーヒー言いながら貧乏レーサーは存分に遊びを楽しんでいくのだと思う。

he said he was going to replace the rear shocks. why now? they worked just fine... oh, that is probably the TLC :D

この期に及んでリアのショックを換えるという。うーん、今じゃなくても良い気もするけど。愛ですな、愛。それか、手のつけられない変の態か。あ、マゾ？
