we didn't go there just for rock-climbing. we went there to pick this up. a new old yamaha SR500! 

ただ岩登りに行っただけではありませぬ。こちらのSR500が破格で売りに出されていたので、取りに行くというのが第一目的でした。

we got it at an exceptional price because it wasn't running. but shinya made it run in 20 minuets or so...

不動だから破格だったけれど、ものの20分で動き出す。直せるってステキ！

stopped by Vasquez Rocks on the way back from an errand. shinya is taking a nap on the rock.

用事で岩の方に来たので、帰りに大好きなヴァスケス・ロックスに寄る。岩の上で昼寝をする木村氏。

Wata also says he has acrophobia and is freaked out.

モーテンツクツク氏も高いところが苦手らしくて、ビビリ始める。

どんどん進む木村氏。

we had an animated conversation about this rock climbing, how fun we had, how far and high we went etc. on the van on the way back to Azusa and realized that whatever we do, fun is there. we just need to be open-minded and enjoy the experience. right?

帰りのバンでどれだけ岩登りが楽しかったかという話で大盛り上がりなオトナ達。でも、ただの岩登りでこれだけ楽しめるなんて本当に幸せだなあと思う。目の前にあるものは全て楽しまなきゃ損だよね、という結論に達する。

CP from Georgia is in town and stopped by!

ジョージア州のCPがカリフォルニアに来ていて寄ってくれた。

while he's in Cali, C is riding around his friend's nice CB750. 

カリフォルニアに滞在中、友達に借りたCB750を乗り回してるC。

he brought us his beautiful work of art, the book called Georgia Motorcycle History - the first 60 years: 1899 - 1959 full of valuable photos, information and documents.

彼が自費出版しているこの本「Georgia Motorcycle History 始まりから60年（1899年から1959年）」を持ってきてくれた。貴重な資料が満載！

as the last day is drawing near, shinya is giving the mightyB an extra TLC ;-p

the idea of the floorboards for the knuckle has been gestating in shinya's head for several months. the wood has an important implication for the owner and shinya wants to apply it somewhere.

ナッコーのフットボードのアイディアをずっと温めていた木村氏。オーナーが木と密接な関係があるので、数ヶ月前にオーナーが一番好きな木を選んでもらっていた。どうやらその木を使うらしい。

the shelves that Wata found at the swap meet yesterday are sitting untouched at the front of #12. 

昨日Wタナベ氏ツクツクがメッヒコスワップミートで手に入れた棚、案の定手付かずで12番の入り口のところに鎮座しております。片付けるための棚なのに、もったいない！

 shinya couldn't stand that!

なぜ早く棚を設置しないのか、イライラするカリスマ模様替え主婦木村氏。

 and started to give Wata instructions to move stuff around to make some space for the shelves.

そして、カリスマ主婦が動いた・・・

voila! not only using the floor, we can always use walls and aerial regions :)
