shinya and i talked about the same thing five years ago when big earthquake hit Tohoku, Japan. at a time like this, especially when we are away from our home country, we should just do the best we can right now, appreciate, be grateful for what we have now and not waste it.

5年前にも同じことを考えた。こういう時、日本から離れて暮らしている我々が直ぐに出来ることは限られている。今できることを精一杯やる、自分達がやるべきことを手を抜かずにやる。今こうしていられることに感謝して大切に生きる。よしっ。

my flat track practice took a slow step forward. coach shinya said it's time for me to wear a hot shoe. and he's making one for me. 

いよいよホット・シュー（鉄のスリッパ）デビューか？！河原でのフラット・トラックの練習、スーパー初心者コースから初心者コースにやっとたどり着いた筆者、木村コーチが左足に付ける鉄のスリッパを作ってくれるそうです。

so excited for tomorrow's practice :)
