何か思いついたみたいだけど・・・
instead of drawing that idea on a paper, he uses tools and machines and moves his hands and body. that's his way of drawing.
それを紙に描くかわりに、道具を使って手と身体を動かしその思いつきを形にしてみる。それが木村氏にとってのスケッチと同じ役割を果たしているらしい。まあ、そんな奇特な人が居たっていいではないか。
it was a long journey from this ↑ to this curl ↓ lots of turnings :D

shinya looking at his sketch. (he said it was more like a doodle.) if he doesn't like it, he'll just redraw (remake) it. it's that simple but i know it's also a very important and necessary process for him.
上から見てみる木村氏。もしもスケッチが気に入らなければまた描けば（作れば）いいだけ。あんなに体力消耗してカールしたのに！などというケチくさいことは言いません。無駄なように見えて、木村氏にとっては欠くことの出来ないプロセスでもあるようです。
