got the correct piston clearance and the exhaust pipes are placed properly now. shinya looks all sweaty. he had to do all the kicking by himself. N, please come back.

that motor sounds great...shinya did you put any baffles in the exhaust?...my 1926 norton is so loud...maybe it is the extra length....mine is very short...i was also thinking to reduce the pipe diametre to up the back pressure a touch....sorry..boring questions...dont worry just go for 120mph.!
sounds great! and it keeps the floor lubricated. It sounds like you have the carb dialed in pretty well.
Going from a Modern Injected Ducati to this is a switch, huh?
Id try a bit of restriction on exhaust as well...not that I have a clue about old Indians.
