at night, i told shinya that i felt weird when i rode my SR in slow speed. he said maybe the rear tyre. after working on the indian and the spike intensely all day, he still didn't mind to change the tyre for me.
shinya went for a test ride and got what i meant. then niimie went for a test ride and he got what i meant, too.
then they tried to figure out all the possibilities but it was kinda rare case...
その後二人で一通りやってくれたけど、稀なケースらしい。
but of course they pinned down the cause, made it better for now and ordered the necessary parts for later. their professionalism, efficiency and kindness is reassuring. it's a work of art.

i met a very old man once on his 1950s AJS......i said i had a weird problem with the rear of my 1950 norton....if im at a low speed or if im over 60 mph (not very often) i felt unsure like i have a bad shock absorber in the rear....(not shock but plunger...garden gate frame)....
he said...stop looking at the back and look at the front. if you feel it in the rear it comes from the front and if you feel it in the front it comes from the rear.... depends if under power or under brakes....
next time i was at low speed i loosened the steering damper......no problem.
next time i was riding as fast as i could i tightened the steering damper.....no problem.
i love motorbikes.
matt machine: ah! they said the same thing. i felt something in front and they said it must coming form the rear and checked the rear. but this time, the problem was coming from the front. anyway, i love motorbikes, too.
