get slightly tipsy...

state-of-the-art shouchu
left: sweet potato distilled spirits(imo-shouchu)
right: barley distilled spirits(mugi-shouchu)

our friends brought them from japan. both shouchu were made in kyushu, the most southwesterly of japan's four main islands. guess these will go best with moon viewing (a japanese custom to celebrate the beauty of the harvest moon)...thank you m-san and m-chan! cheeeeeerrzzzz!!
