sizzler...

we had to go somewhere this afternoon and was preparing for it. then nabe stopped by and said he would give us a lift, of course by n's falcon, he also said that he needed to stop by at a couple of places first and afterward. hummmm...it's a gamble but shinya decided to take the offer.

ナベ氏がファルコンでロングテストドライブしがてらどっか行こうって言うので、誘いに乗った。

first stop, nearby auto parts store

to get a radiator cap for the falcon.

まず立ち寄ったのは最寄のパーツ屋さん。ラヂエターキャップを購入。

and then kragen

お次は別のパーツ屋さん

wow, too many to choose from!

種類があり過ぎて選べません。

chose engine treatment by guess 

and pour into the falcon.

勘で良さげなエンジントリートメントを選び即注入。

at last, we got on the freeway

and it went very smooth for a while

but the water temp. went high & high...

フリーウェイに乗ってしばらくは快適ドライブでしたが

ジワジワと水温計が上がり始め・・・

got off the freeway 

and added some more water.

フリーウェイ降りて水を足しました。

we took courage may be because it wasn't our car...

after a long up hill on freeway 15,

the radiator was sizzling.

再びフリーウェイに戻り、長い登りの途中で絶望的な気持ちなり、

それでもn美くんのファルコンだからちょっと気が大きくなった我々は

登りきったのです、長い登りを。こちらはその後のラヂエターの様子。

we needed to fill up the falcon

and headed to the final destination.

給油後、いよいよナベ氏の行きたかった目的地へ。

well, he did a great job!

まるでマイカーのように振舞う満足気なナベ氏。

return road was mostly down hill so we made it.
stopped by at autozone on the way back...

帰りは下りだから何とか無事に戻ってこれた。

その前にまたまたパーツ屋さんに寄って・・・

to get a brand new radiator!

新品のラヂエターを手に入れたよ!

nabe replaced an old for a new 

in a blink of an eye.　

now n's falcon is all done by nabe!
he fixed it because he wanted to ride around
but he only got one more day　left...

あっという間に交換終了です。

プロ魂を見せてもらいました。ということでn美くんのファルコン完成です。
乗り回したいから直したというのに、ナベ氏は明日帰国です。

いやぁ、あの上り坂が続いた時は思ったよ、またやっちゃったってね。

少し水が吹いたの、見えたもの。でも皆見なかったことにして登りきったのです。

 あー楽しかった！！
