we went to pick N up at the airport,
came back to the workshop,

N didn't come here to fix his falcon this time. his falcon is already in his shop in japan. shinya called up and told N about the cannonball after he decided to be part of the race. he wasn't expecting N to say "yes" but asked, just in case, if N wanted to participate in the race with him. against the odds, N said "YES!!" instantly...by the way, N's got a wife and two little girls. what a brave man! N also told shinya that he didn't want to just ride the bike, he wanted to work on the bike with shinya before the race. so N will stay here for a week to work on the engine and make it running, go back to his shop in japan and work harder, then come back here for the race. great example of work hard, play hard.
they worked on indian until it got dark outside.
