a night in pasadena...

 our friend J's step-father had a show

in pasadena last night.

昨晩友達Jの義理のお父さんの写真展がパサデナで。

ニードル全然見えないけど。

the show was held at the honda design center.

there was a space surrounded by the bubble

where they keep all the unique ideas and designs

confidential. shinya found lots of great books

in the common area.

会場はホンダのデザイン・センター。

真ん中にバブルに囲まれた外部に漏れてはいけない

秘密のデザイン部があり、その周りを囲むようにして

写真が展示してありました。魅力的な本が沢山あった！

found a new coffee house in pasadena.

パサデナの馴染みのない珈琲処にて。

お洒落なカフェでも全然お洒落じゃない所でも、

コーフィーが美味しければどこでもいい。

今のところマフラーはこんな感じ。ですが、まだまだ変ると思われます。

マフラーには関係ないですけど、

後ろでアグスタを見つめてる木村氏が・・・

多分この時だと思います、

タンクのしっぽに納得がいかなくなっちゃったのは。

 well, only shinya knows what's going to happen...

突然、どうしても納得がゆかなくなってしまったらしい・・・

got through a day without a nap...

 our sunday got warmer in no time...

shinya　took off his leather jacket,

changed the bike, and got out again.

朝の寒さが嘘のように暖かくなり、着替えついでにバイクもチェンジ。
 

 it got hot after all :)

早起きしたのに昼寝もしないで一日中テストライド。

Zップの背中がやけに大きい。今朝も色々勉強になりました。

早朝。早すぎてまだ暗い。

photographer Zap found an interesting spot.

i always stay close to Zap, watch him shoot

and try to take some photos at the same spot

but the results are far cry from his, of course.

oh, well...it's just a pleasure 

to be with him when he's taking photos :)

ステキ写真家Zップ氏と写真を撮りに行くのは本当に楽しい。

なるべく側にひっついて、Zップが撮っている姿をよーく見て、

ズルして同じ場所で自分も撮ってみるけれど・・・

まさか同じ時間に同じ場所で撮ったとは思えぬものが出来上がる。

もちろんZップみたいな写真が撮れる訳ないのは分かっているけど、

同じもの撮ったはずなのにこの違い・・・がび～んってなる。

だけどやっぱり本物の側に居られるって最高！

しゃべっている話はメチャクチャだけど、ホンモノだから全てOKなのよ。

 and the bike is beautiful.

そして木村氏の作るバイク。

何もしないで座っているだけじゃ、バイクは出来上がらないし

偉そうなこと言ってるだけじゃ、バイクは動かない。

 だからやっぱり本物だと思う。

色々な本物に囲まれている私はラッキーだけど、

残念ながら囲まれているだけでは本物にはなれないのであーる。
