shinya said he was gonna test the new blinkers on the XSR700 that he put yesterday and left. didn't come back for a long while ;p

昨日付けたXSR700のウィンカーを試しにちょっとだけ乗ってくる、と言ってしばーらく戻ってこなかった木村氏の満足げな笑顔。

powder coatings were done for the F4 air intake ducts and the mufflers.

パウダーコートに出していたアグゥスタのエア・インテイクのダクトとマフラーが出来上がってきた。

 now, here comes the buffing time.

そして、バフ掛けターイム。

though shinya likes the process, at the time he finished buffing the air box, he was bone-weary both physically and mentally so no more buffing for today.

エア・ボックスのバフ掛けが終わった時点で身も心もへとへとになってしまった木村氏。「バフ掛けは一日ひとつ」というスローガンを掲げる。好きな作業とは言え、体力的にもすーーーっごく大変なバフバフ。

気を取り直してパウダーコートしたマフラーを取り付ける。

まだバフ掛けが残っているシート・カウルをとりあえず装着してどんな感じかチェック。まだまだ続く・・・

woke up renewed and has been working on the F4 since morning.

気持ちを切り替え、朝からアグゥスタ。

shinya is not happy with the top of the air box that he has worked on yesterday...

やはり昨晩気になって仕方のなかったエア・ボックスの一部がどうしても納得できず・・・

 so he starts over.

作り直す。

 end of the day session.

昼の部終了。

休憩後、夜の部が始まる。

so far so good.

今度はなかなか順調。

he said he couldn't help thinking about the air box so he checked it again and worked on it late at night on our return from an outing.

どうしても気になって仕方がないらしい。友人に会いに都会に出かけて戻ってから夜中にまたゴソゴソ。
