shinya said he was gonna test the new blinkers on the XSR700 that he put yesterday and left. didn't come back for a long while ;p

昨日付けたXSR700のウィンカーを試しにちょっとだけ乗ってくる、と言ってしばーらく戻ってこなかった木村氏の満足げな笑顔。

powder coatings were done for the F4 air intake ducts and the mufflers.

パウダーコートに出していたアグゥスタのエア・インテイクのダクトとマフラーが出来上がってきた。

 now, here comes the buffing time.

そして、バフ掛けターイム。

though shinya likes the process, at the time he finished buffing the air box, he was bone-weary both physically and mentally so no more buffing for today.

エア・ボックスのバフ掛けが終わった時点で身も心もへとへとになってしまった木村氏。「バフ掛けは一日ひとつ」というスローガンを掲げる。好きな作業とは言え、体力的にもすーーーっごく大変なバフバフ。

まだバフ掛けが残っているシート・カウルをとりあえず装着してどんな感じかチェック。まだまだ続く・・・

continuing from last night, making the proper air intake connectors for the F4.

昨夜から引き続き、アグゥスタのエア・インテイクのコネクター部分の制作。

the right side is done and shinya starts working on the left side...

やっとこ右側が終わり左側に取り掛かる。

because his mission of the day was to finish up both side. and he achieved it :)

うー左側は明日にしたい・・・と言いながら今日中に両方仕上げると決めていた木村氏は何とか成し遂げた。

simple task vs. complicated task...

the new project, XLCR. it will be lightly customized starting with the mufflers.

久々にライトなカスタム、XLCR。まずはマフラーから。

now shinya needs to finish up the connecting part of the air intake for the F4 to make it functional (that he had been set aside).

「飾りじゃないのよエア・インテイクは」ということで、アグゥスタのエア・インテイクを機能させるため、後回しにしていたコネクター部分の制作に苦悩する木村氏。
