i have been practicing flat track with coach shinya for a week now. today my coach changed the handlebar, front fork seal and fork oil of my machine. there will be no excuses, no skipping practices.

木村コーチからフラット・トラックの猛特訓を受け始めて一週間が経とうとしている。本日の特訓後、ハンドルバーとフォーク・シール、フォーク・オイルを交換して明日の練習に備えてくれているコーチ。お腹痛いと言ってズル休みしようとしても通用しない。
