木村氏が何をそんなに見つめているのかと言うと・・・
ah, the shelves he got yesterday! they are nice but where and how would he put them in our jammed workshop? that's the question.
昨日手に入れたスチール棚か！たいそう立派な棚ですけど、一体チャボのどこに置く場所があるのか・・・これはオオゴトになりそうな予感です。

チャボの守り神、パラダイスロードのSモダイラ氏作のチャボダイラちゃんが創業以来2度目の引っ越しです。2006年には右下に、それから斜め左上に移動、そして今回はどこへ行くのやら。引っ越し先にも自筆スタンプを書いてもらわねば。

ずっと見て見ぬふりをしてきたデッド・スペースにピタッとフィットした棚。ついに無駄な隙間を有効利用できました。簡単に出来たようにみえますが、指が痛いのも忘れて午後中ずっと物を動かしたり掃除したり・・・

そしてチャボダイラちゃんの新しい引っ越し先はここに。

少しばかり広くなったチャボで満足そうにマコナベ氏が送って下さったchopper journalを読む木村氏。しかし、どこかソワソワ落ち着かない。やっぱりもう少し棚を増やしたいそうなんです。いつも新しい制作活動の前に大幅な模様替えをする木村氏。気持ちを新たにってことなんでしょうけど、これが結構大変なんですよ！
