 the Z1 project R fitting session.

 got a pair of new tyres for the F4 and putting on the powder coated wheels.

アグゥスタのタイヤをゲットン。パウダーコートしたウィールに付けてみる。

i was pretty sure shinya said he was going to wash his hands and call it a day. but hey, he suddenly picked up a piece of aluminum and started hammering on the way to the washroom...

「今日は終わりだな、手洗ってくるわ。」そう言ってレストルームに向かう途中で何か思いついてしまったのか。おもむろにアルミをたたき出す木村氏。

as it turned out he got caught up making the side of the Z1 fairing for another an hour or so.

1時間くらい熱中。急にやりたくなっちゃったんだって。

a wee oasis...

the animal kingdom. they're all neighbors' dogs and cats just chilling at our workshop.

かなりアニマル王国になりつつあるチャボ。近所の犬や猫達が集まってチルアウト中。

前後ウィールがパウダーコートから上がってきた。

フロント・ウィールのベアリングをバラしてグリスアップ。

BSAをテスト、と称して山乗り。

 made it to the Crystal Lake Cafe this time.

クリスタル茶屋まで来れた！（前回は途中でピストンに穴開き）

second half of a long day...

the B50 motor.

夕方から本日の後半戦、BSAの修理の続き。

shinya enjoys the pretty sounds of the B50 like a toy piano. by contrast, the SR500 has a bit muffled sound.

B50の音色がなんとも可愛い。オモチャのピアノみたい。それに比べてSR500はくぐもった音。それを発見してひとり悦に入る木村氏。

now the motor is back in the place.

エンジン載せた。

came back to life! will test ride in the canyon tomorrow.

生き返ったBSA。やり遂げ感に満ちた木村氏。明日は山でテストだな、こりゃ。

shinya put a headlight which he found at the swap meet yesterday for the XR185, my new street legal trail partner to be :)

昨日のスワップ・ミートで見つけたヘッドライトをXR185に付けてくれた！

now move on to his BSA B50. he found a piston and a gasket.

続いてピストンに穴が開いてしまったご自分のBSA。ピストンとガスケットを入手してようやく蘇らせることが出来る。

 Hugo of United Motorcycles from San Fran stopped by with his build, lightweight minimal Ducati "Hyper Scrambler".

LAに来ているサン・フランのユナイテッド・モーターサイクルのH。自身作の超軽量ドゥカーティ「ハイパースクランブラー」で寄ってくれた。
