day 15: the last night before the grand finish...

さて、日中に地元のハードウェア屋で探しておいた丸棒を使って、プッシュロッドを作る。

念のため予備のプッシュロッドを作って後ろの箱に入れておこう。

mind you, this is our very last maintenance night. tomorrow will be the day that we've been waiting for but we knew that we were somehow going to miss this marathon like event. it looked almost like torture from the outside but very addictive if you were in it.

さて、泣いても笑ってもこれが最後のメンテ・ナイト。明日はあれだけ待ちに待った、そして夢にまで見た最終日。しかも何とか自走でゴールできそうだ。なのになぜか少し寂しい気持ちになる。外から見ていると拷問のようにも見えるこの延々と続く、走って・メンテ修理・走って・メンテ修理。一度中に入ってしまうと病みつきになってやめられなくなる。ま、変の態だからかもしれないけど。
