you would think we had a fancy saturday in the city, right? but of course we did not.

都会でお洒落で優雅な土曜日を過す、そんな風に見えなくもない写真・・・が、しかし、もちろんそんなわけなーい！

we just went to the city to pick up this bargain TR6 that shinya came across. (bargain means it will take a while to run it, will take him in deep trouble, etc.) according to him, the TR6 is one of the motorcycles that he had long wanted maybe since a teenager. his grin tells all :D

都会に行ったのは木村氏が自称「偶然見つけた」という、こちらのトライアンフTR6を引き上げるため。かなりのお値打ち価格、つまりはすぐには乗れない系、またはドはまりする系。しかし、本人曰く10代の頃からずっと欲しかったオートバイだそうで・・・ もうニヤニヤが止まらない。

 investigation starts right away.

さっそく調査開始。

the gas tank is in terrible condition with thick rust, rotten gasloine and some conjunct substances. put evapo-rust and some nuts and bolts and see what will happen.

錆と腐ったガソリンと結合物で最悪な状態のガソリン・タンク。エヴァポ・ラストという強力錆び落としとボルト、ナットを入れてしばらく放置。
