あらら、遠い目、逃避行中。
TC and MS stopped by to use shinya's truing stand.
T栗一郎とMSがトゥルーイング・スタンド貸して～とやって来た。二人掛かりでやけにてこずっていた。
shinya went for a ride around the neighborhood...
ちょっとインディアンで近所を走って来る、と出かけた木村氏・・・
came back with no smile...
何だか浮かない顔で戻って来た・・・
knitted brows...not a good sign :< something's wrong, he said.
そして、眉間にしわ。どうも調子が急激に悪くなってしまったらしいインディアン。
he went for a bit longer ride...
もう少し長めに走って来る、と出て行きましたが・・・
but called me from the side of the street to pick them up.
ドナドナに来てくれと途中から電話が掛かってきた。

Dear friends,
May I humbly suggest that the two of you drive to the beach and arrive 75 minutes before sunset. Sit on the sand and watch the sun go down.
On the return trip home stop and have a porkchop, mashed potatoes, and spinach. Add some white vinegar atop the spinach.
Come home and walk bare foot in the grass for 15 minutes.
This prescription will help to recharge and cleanse.
